Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Screech On-Site ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What we provide

The Service is a software platform for field service contractors to track jobs, schedule work, capture photos, dispatch technicians, and manage related operations. We provide the platform on an "as is" basis and make no warranties beyond those required by law.

3. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • The data you and your team enter into the Service.
  • Inviting only authorized people to your workspace.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to access another customer's workspace without authorization.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically abuse the Service beyond reasonable use of the documented APIs.
  • Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Billing & trial

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Pricing is published on our website and may be updated with at least 30 days notice for existing customers. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

6. Termination

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or pose a security risk to other customers. After termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted.

7. Your data

You own the data you enter into your workspace. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every business need.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
